tailored to your individual needs.
Our Personal Care Service can provide you or your loved ones with the support from our Aged Care Professionals who can assist you with a large variety of personal services.
Home care services include assistance with:
· Showering and/or bathing
· Dressing and undressing
· Mobility and transportation
· Medication
· Toileting
· Rehabilitation regimes
Home Help
Our Home Help Service can provide you with an extra pair of hands to help around the house, assistance in shopping or running errands, or a friendly companion who can assist you to continue enjoying all the things you love.
Home Help Services include:
· Cleaning the house, cooking and meal preparation
· Shopping and running errands
· Transportation
· Companionship services
· Home and garden maintenance
NEED EXTRA SERVICES?
If you need extra help in order to live independently, it is likely you are eligible for a home care package. Your eligibility will be based on an assessment by a healthcare professional.
